GUARANTEE OF QUALITY
Bombora Design guarantees that all items sold through their website is 100% designed and made in Ireland. Bombora Design only uses recycled sterling silver and gold and all of our work is hallmarked under the stringent quality conditions of the Irish Government’s Assay Office of Ireland. This is your guarantee of the highest quality metals.
ON-LINE PAYMENTS
All On-Line Credit Card transactions on this site are conducted via the internationally recognized Stripe payment service. Stripe process electronic payments between you and us. We do not receive or retain financial information from you or from Stripe Payments. Customer information relating to Stripe Payments Service can be seen here ;

DELIVERY
Orders are dispatched between 1-3 weeks due to the handmade nature of the pieces.
We ship all orders within Republic of Ireland via An Post’s Registered Post service and costs € 8.20.
International Orders are sent by An Post’s Registered Post service and costs €12.
The buyer is responsible for any import fees.
When your order is dispatched we will notify you with a tracking order which you can use to track the progress of your order.
RETURNS POLICY
If you’d like to return a piece of Bombora Design jewellery, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and send the item back within 30 days.
We are unable to accept returns on custom items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Bombora will not be responsible for goods which have been lost or stolen when being returned via post. We strongly advise customers to send returns via registered post.
Refunds will be made via the Stripe service you originally used and directly to the customer account used to create the original purchase.
